Opening times
Under normal circumstances, Discover is open every day 10am – 5pm.
Our ground Floor Story World and Garden are open every day, from 10am-5pm.
Exhibition and Storytelling sessions run at set times throughout the day.
Our First Floor Story World is used by school or other groups, but is available for families at some point every day – we recommend checking times on arrival but this floor is always available after 2.30pm.
We recommend you book online but if you’d like to call us our telephone lines are available Monday–Friday from 10am–5pm (our bookings line is closed on weekends and bank holidays.)

Annual Passes
Our Annual Passes begin from £36 per year for one person. They entitle you to unlimited free entry to Discover, and one free Exhibition ticket, for each person named on the pass.
