Free after school fun on Mondays during term time — for local children and their families.
Discover is a place where children aged 0-11 and their families can enjoy playing, learning and making up stories together. We’re running an offer for local school children to visit for FREE with their families on Monday afternoons during term time.
Back at Discover — from 22 June to 20 July
Following our major building work, After School Stories will return to our building on Stratford High Street from 22 June to 20 July. Discover Children’s Story Centre is a place where children aged 0-11 and their families can enjoy playing, learning and making up stories together. We have two floors of interactive Story Worlds to explore and a Story Garden.
After School Stories sessions will include free access to our Story Worlds and Garden on Mondays between 3-5pm as well as free weekly activities:
- Monday 22 June, 3:30pm: Narrative in Motion
- Monday 29 June, 3:30pm: Narrative in Motion
- Monday 6 July, 3:30pm: Story Building
- Monday 13 July, 3:30pm: NO After School Stories available this day
- Monday 20 July, 3:30pm: Story Building

Drop in on the day
Present the code ASC26T2 at the front desk.
Book in advance
Visit discover.org.uk, select your tickets and enter the code ASC26T2 at checkout to book your free tickets. The code will discount your Entry tickets.
Capacity for the optional workshops is limited. Spaces will be offered on a first come, first serve basis upon arrival at Discover. If you would like to reserve a space in advance for a specific activity, you can email bookings@discover.org.uk
Capacity for free play in our Story Worlds and Garden is unlimited.
