Visitor Services Supervisor – Bookings & Membership

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive individual to join us as a Visitor Services Supervisor, managing bookings and memberships at Discover.
Our team of Visitor Services Supervisors work collectively to oversee the operational elements of Discover and ensure our visitors have a fantastic, enjoyable experience here. Each Supervisor at Discover has a primary focus – for this role the focus is our bookings and memberships.
Working with the Head of Operations and Duty Managers, this role will manage Discover’s CRM system (Spektrix), setting up a range of events and being the first point of call for telephone bookings and enquiries for families and schools. The role works closely with other teams, including Marketing, Finance and Education.
We’re looking for someone with with great customer service and communication skills and experience using and managing a CRM system, ideally Spektrix.
Salary: £22,682.25.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.

About Discover
Discover is the UK’s first Story Centre for children aged 0-11 and their families. Based in Stratford, east London, 100,000 children and adults visit our venue each year. Our aim is to create a love of language, literature, and stories. At the heart of the centre are our purpose-built Story Worlds and Story Garden which are creative play spaces designed to inspire children’s curiosity and imagination.
